Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where the GDPR applies.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Nortrove LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: contact@orbitic360.com.
2. What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email address and message, and any project name, services, budget and timing you choose to give.
- Emails and calls: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may process connection data, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the website. The quote form also uses your IP address to limit abuse.
Please do not send sensitive personal data. We need your name, email address and message to answer you. The other fields are optional.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
- To perform a contract: performance of the contract.
- To secure the website and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
- To keep required records: legal obligation, where one applies.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who receives it
We share personal data only as needed with our hosting and email provider (GoDaddy.com, LLC), the team members and contractors who prepare your quote or deliver your project, the software providers we use to run our business, and professional advisers or authorities where required.
5. International transfers
Our company and hosting provider are in the United States. Our team members, contractors and software providers may be located in other countries, including outside the European Economic Area. If you are in the EEA, your data may therefore be processed in countries that do not offer the same level of protection. You can ask us for more information about these transfers at the address above.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact. This includes a copy of each quote request kept on our server, so that a request is not lost if an email fails.
- Project and accounting records: for the duration of the project and as long as the law requires afterwards.
- Abuse-limit records: a keyed, one-way code derived from your IP address, deleted about one hour after your last request.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To use these rights, email contact@orbitic360.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work.
8. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from this website. The quote form sends nothing until you select “Send my request”. Our hosting provider may add a performance script to its pages; our website's security settings are configured to block it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
